Hi I am Christie MacInnes at 42 Wilgar Rd, and I needed a new roof. A friend did it about 10-15 years ago, and he said I needed a new roof. The shingles were coming off, so I started the process of looking for people, and I got Royal York Roofing’s name from a friend at swimming and I called for an estimate. They came the next day, right on time, the minute they said they would be here. Bruce walked me through the whole process. He gave me a quote on the spot after an hour of drawing the roof and going through all the requirements and what I needed to do. He explained to me, educated me, so I felt very confident that he knew what he was talking about. He showed me that they had a business insurance, business operating in place. It was very well laid out.
I did my due diligence, I got two other quotes. No one compared to Royal York in their thoroughness and professionalism, so I was very pleased and went with Royal York. The crew came on time. They were very professional, cleaned up the whole time. Seven of them, I think, were on the roof. They did it very quickly, so I was very pleased. They came back the next day to finish the flat roof, cleaned up, and they were gone. I looked out and the dumpster was gone, everything was done beautifully, so quickly. So I felt it is probably the easiest home renovation project I have ever done that run the most smoothly. I would highly recommend it, and I have already to three or four friend. One of them I think is waiting to do it next week. So, I feel very confident recommending Royal York Roofing.
Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Bruce was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with Royal York Roofing. The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers!
